This song is so pretty. I love the piano especially. This song just sort of gives the image of lying on a hill watching the stars... awww.

Yes. When measured up with Sae’s other slow-paced songs, this is the one I remember.

Sort of gives the vibe of a "destined love" song.

Kuroki Mio - Kara


TONE/MOOD:

The backing percussion tries very hard to pull up the pacing of this song, but it drags a bit too much. It feels like it's lagging just a bit behind where it should be at almost every point in the song. I like some of the higher harmonies. But while it picks up a bit towards the middle, I can't help feeling like its metaphorical feet are dragging.

LYRICS:

The lyrics remind me of the ending theme to GAOGAIGAR, which I know no one here is familiar with.

They're very nice and vivid lyrics, but the song they're put alongside doesn't do them justice at all.

2 out of 5 hearts. I might be able to like it if they were to pick up the pacing a bit, but it just drags far too much for my taste.

Slow ballad which probably means a more depressing/meaningful song. Take your pick. So far I'm picking depressing mood. Sounds sad in some areas-like she just lost someone special. A pretty song nontheless.

Ok the beat just semi-picked up but not by much. I can't help but picture Sae watching her lover/partner/whathaveyou in the distance and not coming back to her. ;_; Yep it's a sad song.

"Why is the sky crying The weather doesn't seem good for it"

Holy crap that made me sad. The rain....sky crying. Wah! What poetry! Love it to death! This song HAS to have the best lyrics thus far. But this small part of the lyrics just stood out. It made me think of all the times I looked outside and think that it's a sad/mournful day because of the rain. Wow...

5/5! Good beat, good lyrics, beautiful voice singing. What more can you ask for?

Sailor Pluto - Sailorasteroid


Mood:

Very rarely is there a good voice that's actually more suited for upbeat songs than ballads. Sae is such a voice--and this is a ballad.

Placement:

BGM next month, I actually get to write something here.

Memorable:

Listening to the chorus I actually got a completely different song stuck in my head. Unfortunately I can't remember what that one is, either.

Lyrics:

Stars and galaxies--don't get enough of that in English music.

TONE/MOOD:

"Hachitashiho" is a calm ballad. Sae's voice fits the mood of the song really well.

3/5 This song is very peacful and brings some sad feelings with it. It's not a peace that I can listen always, but it's pretty good.

The couplets don’t fit the refrain! The melody is totally different. I don’t like it. WAh! I don’t really like it to listen to it. I always skip. The song is a mess. Curse you whoever made her sing this!

Tone/Mood

It's so relaxing. This sounds like something someone would play when they were staying at home by themselves and trying to sleep. A very lonely song that conveys many emotions. I love it. The piano is a nice addition to the melodic lyrics.
