Its what most people think when they graduate from school to school/college/university. Certainly what I lot of my friends and I were thinking. It sounds as though its from the point of view of somebody going travelling whilst her friends go to uni/college though. Still, the lyrics are very true to life.

I like that instrument between the singing parts! It's very nice! It's not very fast, very relaxed. Perfect for all moments! Moeco has a beautiful voice, like I said before in the review of Ame. Do you want to believe that I almost get tears in my eyes of this songs. I only have this with VERY beautiful songs.Placement

I've never heard a song that talked about a graduation day, which gives her some good points XD. I like this one a lot, the melody is so happy and I like the chime-like sounds at the beginning. I can imagine this song playing on the graduation party, it is nice; it can be played before the "dance-dance" songs (after this one they could play Chieco's album XD damn! I will remember this song because the sounds at the beginning, this one can be recognized easily. Another thing that is going to make me remember the song is the fact that it has some odd lyrics but even so, Matsuhita's voice really shines in this happy melody.Lyrics:

What the XD; she's jealous and angry because of people happiness. Then she tells us that graduations split up people; she argues that's not true but then she tells us that she won't be in here to watch them reunite O_O;

I like the melody and her voice but the lyrics are to...bizarre ^^; I give her 4 stars.

Wow. WONDERFUL. This is coming close to replacing Hoshi ni Negai wo as my favourite song. XD The music is just beautiful, and the lyrics make it all the better. Let's see... the music is on a pretty high range of the musical scale, and I hear piano in the background. I can just imagine this song playing as someone walks up to the front of the auditorium during a real graduation. It's a sad-type sort of song, but the kind of sad with a bit of hope in it. The best part of the whole thing is the chorus. Not only does it have a beautiful melody, it also has a wonderful harmony.Placement

That is just so SAD! It reminds me of my sixth grade graduation. A year after, our school closed, and we all disbanded. We're hardly in touch anymore. Will it be the same when I graduate from high school?

The music starts out slower in the beginning, and then speeds up in pace and energy once it gets to the chorus. Moeko’s voice sounds really good in this song.Placement:

This one's got some nice heart to it. It's sweet, heartfelt, and again, we've got that anime ED feeling. The acoustic guitar lends it a nice, down-to-earth feelings. Some of the synthesizer bits feel sort of misplaced in what should be mostly a string piece, but fortunately, they aren't terribly invasive.PLACEMENT:

Anyone who's been through high school or college (or both, in my case) can relate to these feelings. It's really a very heartfelt song, and Moeko is clearly thinking about all these things as she sings.
OVERALL:
3 out of 5. It's sweet and something many people can easily relate to, but the orchestration leaves something to be desired.

I could relate to those words. I fele the same way about friendships and how tears well up at the thought of leaving your past and what you're used to.

Oooooooooo acustic guitar! NICE! I read the lyrics before listening to the song and I could definately see this song being used for a graduation ceremony (though I am not sure if songs are used in Japan....). I can hear some saddness in her voice but I guess that's to be expected. I like this song the best so far and it's a great improvement over the last three so good for her!Placement

I'm going to get off topic here for a quick second. Yes, sometimes graduation can "split" up friends. I am proof of that. I was really close to a few people but after graduation, we all went our seperate ways. I wish we all made an effort to stay in contact with each other. Back on topic!
I think she feels the same way as I did when I graduated but doesn't want to come to terms with it. Everyone moves on but she won't know as she's going away herself. Ironic much?

4 out of five. I relate to this song on so many levels and I know how she's "feeling" towards her friends/crush. WAHHHHHHHHHH! I miss my friends and this song reminds me of them so much. *sniffles*

The piano is kind of nice, and the vocals aren't half bad. The piano (I'm guessing that's what it is, it could also be made from a synthesizer) just sticks out as making this song very Japanese. Kind of reminds me of old Japanese romance songs from the 1950s and 60s. I am really into old Japanese movies, so I do actually know a lot about older Japanese pop music, lol.Placement

Anyone who has graduated high school has an idea of what this is like. Luckily I didn't go to my graduation ceremony, or I would have gotten all choked up like Matsushita Moeko does in the song.
Overall Rating
Not a bad song. It's fun to sing along to when you're up late at night. Moeko's voice is rather soothing, but overall very boring. She doesn't really use any range for her voice in her songs at all. I guess that's what dissappoints me about this song the most; she could have done a lot more with it. It's just so polite and underdone. Bah...

Japan, at least in the milieu of music and anime and such, treats graduation differently from the way we do here. They consider it more of an ending of innocence, whereas we see it as either a commencement of adulthood (from an objective view) or the closing of a painful era (from the perspective of the graduat-ee). Well, this song captures the mood of a Japanese graduation perfectly.Placement:
