Kuroki Mio - Kara
TONE/MOOD:
All right! Moeko does this sort of song so well. The watery guitar and rolling percussion on this are such a great sound, especially behind her voice. It's got something of an anime ED feel to it, also.PLACEMENT:
N/AMEMBORABLE:
Very much so.LYRICS:
Like the music, appropriately wistful.I wonder what I'll become in the future
I wonder if our paths will ever cross again
Every year I wonder why I come back to the ocean
It can't be because I think you'll be here
There are no other lyrics for this music, or vice-versa. They go together perfectly.
OVERALL:
5 out of 5 - easily my favourite song this month.
Sailor Uranus - G.E. Artemis
TONE/MOOD:
This song is very calm. I kind of like it. It’s a pleasant change from Jitensha ni Notte, anyways.PLACEMENT:
N/AMEMBORABLE:
Eh. It’s definitely not on my list of best Moeko songs, but I’ll listen to it once in a while.LYRICS:
Most of the lyrics don’t make any sense, but I did find these particular lines:I'm not sure why at the moment I'm questioning whether or not I love you
I can't always be so obedient
This could be interpreted in several different ways, which is why I like it.
OVERALL:
It’s pretty good.
Sailor Saturn - Miri-chan
Tone/Mood
Again, very relaxed. The way the music is arranged, it is very convincing that the song is about summer and being carefree underneath blue skies.Placement

Not very... there wasn't much contrast between various parts of the song, just like with Dokidoki Jitensha ni Notte.Lyrics
Now these lyrics were awesome. My chest heaves at the thought
Of your like of me leaving like the wind
You flow with the seasons, the rivers
You change
Your last words to me were goodbye
Since the song has a summer theme, I like the way of incorporating the seasons and passing of time (change) into the song.
Overall Rating
4 out of 5. Very inspirational and almost sad. However, it lacks that special something that brings a song from 4 to 5 hearts.
Sailor Neptune - Ruth
Tone/Mood
Another mellow/slow song. Oh great, I'm getting sleepy again. Though it is better then "A Place In The Sun" so two thumbs up for that but that's the only praise I have for this song. I just can't get into the "groove" and like it.Placement

No. Well, unless you go to sleep with the song on repeat.Lyrics
"My chest heaves at the thoughtOf your like of me leaving like the wind
You flow with the seasons, the rivers
You change
Your last words to me were goodbye
It feels like I was just stabbed with pain, but I think I'll overcome it"
Atleast the lyrics are understandable. Though I'm not too sure why the song is called "Sunflower". Oh well. She hates the idea of him leaving just like the wind comes and goes. The whole "seasons, the rivers change" bit tells me that the guy has MAJOR mood swings. Seems he can't decide if he wants to stay with her or not. My advice is to leave the guy for good. No need to stay with someone who doesn't seem to have the same feelings everyday.
Overall Rating
3 out of 5. Again, mellow songs put the sleeping spell on me and I don't like that in broad daylight. Only good thing about this song, besides the melody, are the lyrics. It's comforting to know that I can understand what the heck is being said, although I'm still unsure about the title. ^^;
Sailor Luna - Emo-chan
Tone/Mood
I love this song! The mood is nice and soothing. It sounds like a 70s song, I guess because of the rhythm of the piece. Her voice stands out in this song.Placement

This is my favorite song of Moeco’s, so of course I’ll remember it.Lyrics
"I'm not sure why at the moment I'm questioning whether or not I love youI can't always be so obedient
Somehow
We always had so much fun
I want to be able to see tomorrow with you
My hand struggles to be near near, near this place
Where I can be with you"
I think this song holds a lot of meaning, in various ways. That verse is so pretty and I can relate to it! I love it!! Hehe.
Overall Rating
A FIVE!!! Because this is my favorite song, and her voice sounds awesome in it. The beat is amazing, and the lyrics are pretty. I just like the feel of the song a lot.
Nephrite - Frosted_Rain
Tone/Mood
Sad and old tune. Emotions and the feeling of need tackled on this song. Moeco sung this song well done (need... need you... want you... something like that). A very good title for the song.Placement

So personal on my thing. Lots of personal issues here concerning the need of someone, someone you want to be with.Lyrics
I'm not sure why at the moment I'm questioning whether or not I love youI can't always be so obedient
Somehow
We always had so much fun
I want to be able to see tomorrow with you
My hand struggles to be near near, near this place
Where I can be with you
The feeling of need and doubt. Feelings in which love will slowly evolve. If one can’t express the feeling of love towards someone special, he/she will feel the feeling of need: the need of companionship. It’s like the sunflower, longing for the sun. always follows as where the sun will go.
Overall Rating
A serious song with serious feelings. 4 out of 5 hearts for this. Also one of my favorite songs sung by Moeco. Listening to this song makes me lonelier... longing for my love (T_T)...
Sailor V - Jessica
Tone/Mood
Okay, she can certainly sing, but I’d like to hear some more emotion in her voice for a track. Maybe I just can’t read her voice very well. Somehow, she sounds happy even though the speed of this track is slower and the lyrics would expect the song to be of a more depressing mood.Placement
None in PGSMMemorable
I only find the song memorable for the lyrics mentioned below.Lyrics
I wonder what I'll become in the future?I wonder if our paths will ever cross again?
Every year I wonder why I come back to the ocean.
It can't be because I think you'll be here.
I think I just find these lyrics interesting because the last two lines scream ‘denial!’. The other two lines seem to be standard, cliché lines from a book, poem, or series.

Sailor Pluto - Sailorasteroid
Mood:
The verses and the chorus are ballad-y, but there's a kind of phychadelic guitar interspersed throughout, and it clashes.Placement:
noneMemorable:
Way too basic to be remembered. I suppose I would know what it was if I heard the start again, but I won't be.Lyrics:
"I don't like the thought of not being happy for a hundred years" What, are you stuck in a room with only this song?Overall:
Give it an Unplugged mix, and we'll talk. Until then, it's just not good. One.
