ARCHIVED HTML - Watashi wa Ohimesama - I am Princess

Sailor Neptune - Ruth
Tone/Mood
*is bobbing her head* Light-hearted and easy going. I can almost see some ballroom dancing going on but this song would work for that now would it. LOL! o_0 This BGM is making sing lalalalalala and then some doodoodoodoodoodoos so I guess it's all good.Placement
Don't remember which act this first appeared in-I really need to pay attention more...WAIT! Wasn't this used at the end of Act one when she found out who she was and smiles off into the sunset...ermm...yes I think it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Memorable
If it is the ending BGM for the first act and I remember that much then it must be.Lyrics

5/5! For the fact that it made me want to ballroom dance!
Dark Sailor Mercury - Ilse
Tone/mood
This is often played on Usagi’s school and at her home with her awesome mother (too funny for words.) And don’t forget Shingo. The other part is played less often in the series I think, or I haven’t seen the acts very often. Ooh, the third part is really Usagi! Happy and cheerful!Placement
On dj 1Memorable
Yeah, I remember all background music, but the one is more special then the other.Overall rating
5 hearts! I luv it!
Sailor Saturn - Miri-chan
Tone/Mood
It sounds like a song from a ballet! That's the main gist of it, basically. Very magically and regal at the same time that makes you want to get up and sashay across the room ^-^Placement
DJ Moon 1, and I forget all of the times it's used in the seriesMemorable

5 out of 5 hearts!
Sailor Uranus - G.E. Artemis
Tone/Mood:
It sounds like a symphony piece. I don’t really see how this song relates to being the princessPlacement:
A lot of episodes.Memorable:
Yes, it’s used a lot.Lyrics:

Kuroki Mio - Kara
TONE/MOOD:
When you see the title, your mind (if you are a big PGSM fan) immediately goes back to the later part of the series, when being a Princess meant something VERY different. This is a nice set of dreamy music from back when being Sailormoon was cute and fun for Usagi. I love the floaty sound of the strings and flutes.PLACEMENT:
PGSM (all over)MEMORABLE:
Not as much so as others, but yes.OVERALL:
Solid 4 out of 5.
Sailor Luna - Emo-chan
Tone/Mood
This song also reminds me of Usagi, but more of a serene version of her. I think the tone is very royal-sounding and elegant. For some reason when I hear it, I think of couples waltzing. I like the beat and the happy tone.Placement
Usagi and her friends talking and walking around. The end part was used a lot whenever they thought up a good idea, or were working on something they were fully into.Memorable
I think I’ll remember it. It’s a very pretty piece and it reminds me of the series a lot whenever I hear it.Lyrics

I give this song a 5 all the way. I love the elegance to it and it’s such a pretty piece. It makes me want to dance! It also reminds me of the girl and it makes me happy.
Sailor Mercury - Alexander
Tone/Mood:
An up-beat melody which is played in almost each act. It makes me picture Usagi and shy Ami or Usagi and Minako in the first episodes. It's also a nostalgic BGM for me, although it's a fast piece.Placement:
DJ Moon 1, and - like the other BGMS - in almost each act.Memorable:
Yes, it is memorable, and I wonder how couldn't it be after hearing it over and over while re-watching PGSM.Lyrics:

3/5 Personally, this isn't my favourite BGM, but it's nice.
Nephrite - Frosted_Rain
Tone/Mood
Very "princess" oriented. Elegant and royal. A perfect music for royaltyPlacement
First used in Act 02 when Usagi and her friends discussing about Ami being the top of the class. Much of BGM was heard clearly in Act 06 during the first conversation between Usagi and MakotoMemorable
Waltz. Nothing good like a nice waltz dance. (^_^) Reminds me of Cinderella dancing.Lyrics

A nice princess theme. Could pass for a recycle in a "royalty-oriented anime". Definitely my pick for November. 5/5
Sailor V - Jessica
Tone/Mood
Ballroom dancing, anyone? Sounds like a piece from a traditional fairytale waltz. It has a pleasant beat and an upbeat mood, certainly not depressing and wouldn’t be a piece to take to incredibly seriously moment if it was put to a dancing scene.Placement
Multiple PGSM episodes. I looked at the title and went straight to Usagi’s first transformation into Serenity and that wasn’t it. Its used many times in the series as a more light-hearted piece concerning Usagi.Memorable
I can’t place it to a specific episode. I think I remember it being used for a scene with Usagi walking along on her own and talking to herself in a determined manner...Lyrics

Sailor Pluto - Sailorasteroid
Mood:
This one is Okaimono ni o Oisogashii in three-quarter time, and three-quarter time has always struck me as not a very effective musical gimmick.Placement:
Despite the name, has to be well before the Princess Sailor Moon part, right?Memorable:
There's just not enough going on. There's really not supposed to be.Lyrics:
Very incomprehensible, and people will debate their meaning for years. Oh, wait, that's "Stairway to Heaven." I always get that one confused with this one.Overall:
Bonus point for using the harp. Three.
