Iron Mouse reviews Moon Revenge
Placement ~It can be found as an ending theme song, at the end of the Sailor Moon R movie and my personal favorite, at the end of the Dreaming Moon special where the voice actresses sang live for a special Christmas treat. It is a lovely theme song as it is both memorable and tells the story of Sailor Moon.
Memorable ~I always see the actresses dancing in their matching '90s outfits when I hear this song. The music sounds like the girls are going off to battle at one point. To me, this is the most memorable ending song. It's fun!
Lyrics ~
I should start out that the name itself screams irony. What do villains want? Revenge on the Moon Princess so there is one meaning. What always happens? The senshi win so therefore they are the ones getting revenge.
The very beginning of the song is about Serenity and Endymion on the Moon and having to leave each other. Starting in their past life an enemy was always trying to destroy them. This really is a beautiful song about love and destiny.

Elly's Review of Moon Revenge
Placement: This was such an excellent song to use while Princess Serenity, Prince Endymion, and the rest of the Inner Senshi attempted to slow down the meteor they were on while on a crash collision with Earth in the Sailor Moon R movie. I especially loved the different pans over the soldier's faces while this song was playing.
Memorable: You bet! Sailor Moon R was my favorite of the Sailormoon movies, and of that movie this song played during the most memorable part of the movie.
Lyrics:
A person I feel calm around when I close my eyes
The daydream ending with a kiss
In time's flower garden you left me behind
Well, this doesn't really have much to do with the plot of the movie that its placed in, but the lyrics are still full of imagery and are wonderful.

Nickoles Review of Moon Revenge
Placement: Most definitely, this song was meant perfectly for the dramatic ending scene of the R movie, it really moves the whole scene along in a very moving way. When the Inner Senshi think back on flashbacks of when they were with Usagi, it's really dramatic and fits in well with the song and the battle.
Memorable: This has got to be one of the most memorable Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon song, to any fan of the series. Those who think and look back upon first viewing the movie, will say that this song mostly comes up in their minds. I would say that this song means a lot to most Sailor Moon fans, as it is arguably one of the best songs made throughout the series. I could definitely go with listening to this song everyday, it's that good in my opinion.
Lyrics:
A person I feel calm around when I close my eyes
The daydream ending with a kiss
In time's flower garden you left me behind
I absolutely love the lyrics at the beginning of the song, they immediatly express what the song is all about, and really hook into you're head all the love themes explored throughout Sailor Moon.

Emochan's Review of Moon Revenge
Placement: I can’t think of a better song to play at the climax of the R movie. Seeing all the senshi gather their powers and seeing all the determination and love for Earth that Serenity has during this song is just great. I wish this song could’ve been in the television show at some time because it’s just a wonderful song.
Memorable: I remember the first time I ever heard this song. I remember how old I was, where I was, and how awesome I thought this song was. I think that says something about it.
Lyrics: The lyrics are so poetic in this song.
That kiss leaves a red tattoo
An engraving of destiny, that tattoo
Those words are so pretty and the imagery they portray is inspiring to me. The words flow really well with the background sound of the song. The beauty of the lyrics shines through this song, and I love that about it.
Overall Rating:
This is one of my favorite songs from Sailor Moon period. It’s one of the first songs I really memorized in Japanese back when I first started really getting into the show, so I totally give this song a 5. I’d give it a 100 if I could! It’s that awesome!
Jess' Review of Moon Revenge
Tone/Mood: There's a certain strength and determination behind the song; if you're not doing something productive when you hear it, it makes you think you should do something! It's reasonably paced and quite upbeat without being irritating.
Placement: Definitely fits where it was placed and especially as a positive outro song.
Memorable: I hadn't heard the song before now, but I think it may end up on repeat for a while. I suppose that makes it memorable!
Lyrics:
If you wish for it, come chase me
That kiss leaves a red tattoo
An engraving of destiny, that tattoo
I love that imagery, because the image and the feeling behind it can be taken as gentle or painful.

Tone/Mood: Yay! Another happy upbeat song. I liked how they changed the tone to all happy excited to soft tone then picks up again.
Placement: Sailor Moon R Movie where Serenity, Endymion and the Inner Senshis where on a meteor trying to save the Earth. Perfect song for that scene. This song could also be perfect ending during the Dark Moon saga. Maybe its because of that one verse that sounds like ChibiUsa singing.
Memorable: Besides this was one of my first Sailor Moon songs that I down loaded. I can picture all the Inner Senshi's dancing and singing to this song.
Lyrics: Lyrics time! Another song about Usagi and Mamoru. Very poetic. I love the usage of words expressing the feelings.
Trapped in the darkness our meeting is charmed
This aura can't be put out, won't falter
Seeing through our separation, I'm burning up
If I meet you again that'd be good
Yup! This verse talks about Serenity's and Endymion's "forbidden" love. Their love for each other is strong that no one can break the chain.
Rating: I love this song and the lyrics. Definitely one of my favorite Sailor Moon movie. Perfect song for a perfect movie.
