This page is good to read before you e-mail me; if you ask me a question that's already been answered on this page, I'll just block your address to save myself the effort of responding. I know that sounds a little bitchy, but I don't like answering the same question over and over again. It's just annoying. Anyway, enjoy!
Where did you get the idea to open SMFFG?
Actually, it wasn't my original idea. There was a site on the internet years ago called The Sailor Moon Funny Faces Gallery, which was pretty much just like this one. It featured a lot of funny/odd faces the animators of the Sailormoon anime drew, but they were not in episode order, or really in any order at all. They had some really neat (for 1995, anyway) midi backgrounds and those cute little Sailormoon animated .gifs like the ones you see on Save Our Sailors (I hate to link them since they're so unreliable, but they were originally affiliated with the first SMFFG way back when, and they're also hosted on the same server that SMFFG used to be on). I really missed SMFFG after it went offline in late 2000, so I decided to bring it back. This is it's new re-incarnation. I'm hoping that the original owner of the original SMFFG will stumble upon us eventually, and have something nice to say about this site =)
Can I use these pictures?
I can't really stop you, but if you're going to use more than five pictures, I would prefer it if you'd link our site and give us credit. You don't need to credit us for using the images in a layout or anything like that. The pictures are free game for avatar, wallpaper, banner, and layout making. If you want to put them in your gallery...well, please give us credit for that.
Are you ever going to make a PGSM Funny Faces gallery?
I would like to in the future. Right now, I would like to finish work on SMFFG before starting a new PGSM based project. Since I've got 200 episodes of the anime to work on, it may take me a little while before I start to work on the PGSM gallery. I would prefer to make one myself, but if someone beats me to it I suppose I can't be that upset. Unless of course they really ruin the entire project =P
What about a manga-based funny faces gallery?
Again, I would like to in the future, but I think a PGSM gallery would take priority over something like this. If someone beats me to it, I guess I really wouldn't be too upset. =)
Will you affiliate with my site?
Dunno, depends. For this site I'm a little bit pickier about who I accept as an affiliate, so unless your site is absolutely amazing, or you're a really good friend with me (either offline or online, and yes, I'm a little bit nepotistic towards friends) there's not much of a chance you'll be accepted. Since this is a personal project, I would like to keep my list of affiliates small and close to me. Sorry about that -_-;
Do you need any help making the galleries, or with the site at all?
If I ever do, I will not hesitate to ask for it on the front page. As for now though, I think I'm fine for doing the work on my own. Again, I see this as a personal project, so I'm not keen to share it with anyone, as selfish as that sounds. At least I'm honest, heh.Is this almost over?
